New shoes

I don't know a single girlfriend who hasn't got a shoe fetish! So for the wedding day will you be buying something that you can re-use after or a totally unique wedding pair, just for the ocassion? Will you be wearing a heel or flat shoes? The decision can only really be made after the dress has been chosen.

Many shops will have shoes for you to try on with the ensemble but for those who haven't it is a good idea to wear a pair of your own that are the height you think you can cope with - remember you will be on your feet for most of the day!

My last tip for shoes is that for those of you that are going to wear a full length dress please do have a good rehearsal of walking before the wedding day. Also get your shop or designer to show you how to hold your train or skirt for dancing. The last wedding I was at the bride had put the heel of her shoe through the petticoat almost as soon as she put it on this could have been spotted at the rehearsal stage and the petti could have been made a little shorter.
