Practical considerations

Before you start booking transport do bear in mind your venue and / or church might have restrictions. Give them a call and find out what they are, and ask what other couples have had at the venue to make sure, for example, that a limousine can fit through the gates or that the helicopter can land!

Also consider parking for your guests at the venue and /or church. It might be an idea to get someone on parking duty to ensure , for example, that any disabled people are as close to the door as possible. Towns locations are likely to be 'clued up' on this, but little country locations might be less user friendly.
